At Milestone Behavioral Health, we work with individuals and families navigating developmental and behavioral challenges related to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions. Our services are designed for children, adolescents, and young adults who benefit from structured and consistent support through Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI). We also support families and caregivers seeking active involvement in the care process.

We serve:

• Children and young adults from birth through age 20
  
• Individuals with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or a related condition
  
• Infants and toddlers showing early signs of developmental differences
  
• School-aged children needing communication, behavioral, or social support
  
• Adolescents and young adults preparing for transitions to greater independence
  
• Families and caregivers seeking education, guidance, and partnership throughout care
  

To be eligible for services, individuals must:

• Reside in the state of Minnesota
  
• Be enrolled in Medical Assistance (MA) or MinnesotaCare
  
• Have a confirmed diagnosis from a qualified healthcare provider
  
• Complete and receive approval for a Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation (CMDE)
